About This Program
Yin Yoga with Jo-Anna
Our Yin Yoga program is a gentle and restorative practice designed for all fitness levels. These classes focus on stretching and rehabilitating the connective tissues around the joints, improving flexibility, circulation, and long-term joint health. Each pose is held for several minutes, encouraging deep breathing, relaxation, and mindfulness while gently releasing tension from the body.
Yin Yoga is especially beneficial for reducing stress and anxiety while promoting a sense of balance and wellbeing—making it the perfect complement to our more energizing practices.
📅 Schedule Note: To avoid the confusion some experienced with the rotating Full Moon Yoga dates, Yin Yoga with Jo-Anna will always run on the first three Thursdays of every month from 6:30–7:30 pm. Full Moon Yoga with Sharon will continue on the 4th Thursday of the month at the same time.
