About This Program
Hatha yoga is a gentle and accessible practice suitable for all fitness levels. In this class, you will focus on proper alignment and form as you move through a series of postures that stretch and strengthen your entire body. Each posture is held for a few breaths, allowing you to deepen your stretch and explore your body’s capabilities. You will leave the class feeling more balanced, centered, and relaxed. The class begins with a few moments of stillness and breathing exercises to help you set your intention for the practice. You will then move through a series of postures, including standing, seated, and supine poses.
