A Unique Boutique Fitness Centre

Riverdale Fitness Mill is a 5,500 square foot fitness centre located in Caledon, Ontario, within the village of Inglewood. Situated on the banks of the Credit River, the centre offers an inspiring atmosphere for local residents to pursue their fitness goals. The site is housed in an 1871 Woolen Mill and is rich in history, serving as a source of employment for the local community in the early 1800s. The building’s original wooden beams, charred wood, and limestone walls contribute to the club’s unique and authentic atmosphere.
