Experience

Being a personal trainer has assisted me with conquering my own goals, in which I have been able to gain some pounds back strictly in muscle. I’ve had clients in multiple age brackets, and I continue to personalize their fitness programs according to their goals, needs, and abilities.

Training Philosophy

Hi there! My name is Rachel, and fitness is a true passion of mine! As I experienced a few losses in late 2017, my journey took an unexpected turn, leading to me shifting my focus away from fitness for a bit. Once I got back into a routine and attended group personal training with some friends, I felt confident in my abilities again. My mental and physical health, as well as nutrition, improved and I could prioritize my health over anything. When Covid-19 hit us, I took matters into my own hands and completed 11 programs on an online platform that helped me lose some weight, shave some fat, and continue the journey I had prior to Covid-19. Various friends and people on social media felt inspired by my hard work and dedication, which led me to study Personal Training. I have now been a personal trainer for just over a year, and I love it!

Favorite Exercise

I have always been athletic, I love playing soccer, hockey, and volleyball. I play co-ed soccer every Monday night, and I enjoy running and weightlifting/strength training. I also enjoy going on hikes, paddle boarding, and being outdoors at my family trailer. In my spare time, I can binge a Netflix series without hesitation, listen to podcasts and read (mostly self-help/educational topics in the fitness realm).
I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist, Group Exercise Instructor, Strength and Conditioning Coach, a Specialist in Exercise Therapy, and a Transformational Specialist. Some areas of expertise involve HIIT training, calisthenics, circuit-style training, etc. I train a few individuals who have physical limitations in their back and some joints, such as a herniated disc, scoliosis, and knee injuries.
