My fitness journey officially began in 2012, when I went to Centennial College for fitness and Health promotion but i’ve been moving since I was 5 years old. I Chose this career because I love movement so much and because I like to move as much as I do. Even before college I spent most of my time playing various sports and even doing some more extreme variants as well. I went into school with group fitness training as it was something that my professor and classmates said I was good at. Later I moved into Personal training as There was no reason not to.
NEW CLASS: Join Izzy Tuesday nights at 6:30pm for BLT, aka Booty’s, Legs and Tummy’s. The class will focus on body weight strength, focusing on lower body – glutes, hamstrings, abs, balance, calves and stretch. Come join the fun, this is the place!!
