Join us for a Full Crow Moon Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath on Thursday, March 13th 7-8 pm. The more northern tribes knew this Moon as the Full Crow Moon, when the cawing of crows signaled the end of winter & looking forward to Spring!
Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat, blanket, eye pillow or scarf. Dress comfortably and in layers.
