We’re closed Good Friday 3Apr and Easter Sunday 5th, and open regular hours on Sat 4Apr and Monday 6Apr
Join Izzy Tuesday nights at 6:30pm for BLT, aka Booty’s, Legs and Tummy’s. The class will focus on body weight strength, focusing on lower body – glutes, hamstrings, abs, balance, calves and stretch. Come join the fun, this is the place!!
