Special Announcements
Dave is participating in Movember once again. To date, the Fit Mill community has raised over $4,400 to support men’s mental and physical health. This year our goal is $500, and I am growing out the wiska’s to see what we get at the end of the month. I’m also doing 60km on the elliptical for the 60 men who lose their lives to suicide globally every 60 minutes.
If you can donate, here is the link to my landing page at Movember: Movember Donation Link or See Front Desk. Tax receipts are available.
The goal is to highlight ALL men’s health, deftly with a ‘stash and I challenge all of Fit Mill to grow to the occasion – well the guys anyway….If’d you’d like to join me in a whisker fest or style challenge, please do!
Poinsettia Time 2024
Ella and her Gold Ice Junior Synchronized Skating Team are members of the Canadian National Team. This year, they have been assigned to represent Canada at two international events in Gdansk, Poland and Eindhoven, Netherlands. They will also be traveling to Montreal to compete in the National skating championships.

If you would like to order, any of the Front Desk will be happy to help with the order form.
Orders must be received by Nov 21. Delivery date is Dec 11

Member Of The Month
Nathaniel Kimble
Why did you join the gym? To spend healthy quality time with my girlfriend Stephanie Clervi. Nathaniel wants to regain psychological control over his life through routine and ritual. It is his belief that sound body equates to sound mind, that the efforts and successes we derive from our physical health inevitably pour over into other facets of our personal and professional lives.
What do you like to do at the gym? The priority of Nathaniel is strength training with the goal to become a “skinny legend”, as his sweet brother prods him on to be. His philosophy of strength training is rooted in stress training; the extremes of muscular stress simulate a real stress response, but without the harmful stress hormones that come from real distress. As a result, he loves the free weights and nearly every machine Riverdale has to offer!
What do you like to do outside the gym? The two H’s, hiking and Harry Potter are popular activities as of late. He also enjoys discussing topics in science, astronomy, philosophy, and the law (he’s doing his best to get girlfriend Stephanie to enjoy these topics as much as he). He also likes driving the speed limit everywhere. Indeed, an unusual legend on the roads! Expecto Patronum!
