The breathing exercises, or pranayama, are an integral part of all yoga practices and can help you cultivate a sense of inner peace.\nIn addition to enhancing your flexibility, this class will help you reduce stress and anxiety, connect with your breath, calm your mind, improve your quality of sleep, and encourage an overall sense of well-being.\nAs well as an opportunity to make a few new friends, you will leave the class feeling rejuvenated, centered, and ready to take on the week ahead.\n
